iPhone screen time, made human
See where your day really goes.
Ródo turns Screen Time into something you actually read. Set a time budget for any app, and a gentle Shield steps in when you reach it. No pressure, no scores. You stay in control.

Questions
What does Ródo do?
Ródo shows your iPhone screen time in a calm, readable way, how long you spend, how often you pick up your phone, and which apps take up most of your attention. When you want a nudge, you can set a daily time limit or a schedule for specific apps, and a gentle Shield appears once you reach it. No scores, no streaks, no guilt.
Is Ródo an app blocker?
Yes and no. Ródo can limit apps, but only the ones you choose, with the limits you set, and awareness always comes first. It never decides for you. You look at your own screen time, decide what to limit and how strict to be, and only then does a Shield step in when you reach a limit. You stay in control of every limit you create.
What happens when I reach a limit?
A Shield appears in place of the app. From there you can give yourself more time, up to three extensions that add an hour in total, pause the Shield until the next day, or remove the limit entirely. The short wait is the point: it gives you a moment to decide whether you really want to keep going.
Can Ródo help with doomscrolling?
Often, yes. Simply seeing your pickups and the apps you reach for most is usually the first step. From there you can set a daily limit or a schedule on those apps, so a Shield gently steps in before you slip into another loop.
Is Ródo designed for people with ADHD?
In a way, yes. Ródo was made by someone with ADHD who wanted their screen time shown in a simpler way, and a gentle reminder that there are other things worth doing besides scrolling. If your attention works similarly, it may feel made for you too. That said, Ródo is not a medical or treatment app, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
Does Ródo read my messages or browsing history?
Ródo never reads your message content, contacts, photos, or anything inside your other apps. It can show which apps and websites you spend time on, since Apple's Screen Time makes that available, but this information stays securely on your device. It is never uploaded, sold, or linked to you.
Where is my data stored?
Almost everything stays on your device. Ródo has no account and does not sync to the cloud. It sends only anonymous, aggregate usage events that help improve the app, never anything tied to your identity.
Which iPhones does Ródo work on?
Ródo runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. It uses Apple's Screen Time permission, which you grant once during setup and can change any time in Settings.
